DigitTowers provides cybersecurity services including but not limited to continuous protection services, AI-enhanced security solutions, strategic security management, and infrastructure protection. Our services are provided on a subscription basis or as one-time engagements as specified in your service agreement.
3. Service Obligations
We commit to providing professional cybersecurity services according to industry best practices and standards. Our team will work diligently to protect your digital assets and provide timely security assessments and recommendations.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary access to systems, timely communication, and implementation of security recommendations. Clients must also maintain confidentiality of access credentials and report any security incidents promptly.
5. Confidentiality
DigitTowers maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, security assessments, and vulnerabilities discovered during our engagements. We will not disclose any client information without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality security services, DigitTowers cannot guarantee absolute security. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Service Modifications
DigitTowers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. We will work with clients to ensure smooth transitions and minimal service disruption.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Subscription services are billed according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension after appropriate notice.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all confidential information must be returned or securely destroyed.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
